Airbus Helicopters recherche un Responsable Processes Achats (f/h) pour rejoindre notre Procurement Processes Dpt  basé à Marignane, France.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe les processus achats. Au sein du département Procurement Processes, vous serez impliqué(e) dans les activités suivantes visant à améliorer la performance de nos processus achats.

Etre en charge des processus achats et s'assurer qu'ils répondent aux exigences réglementaires, aux besoins internes et externes 

Proposer des axes d'amélioration de ces processus achats 

Piloter les changements et mettre en place les axes de transformation en lien avec l'équipe centrale Airbus processus Achats

Votre profil:

Diplome Bac + 5, Master in Management

Expérience en Processus achats, gestion de projet, conduite du changement

Compétence en Gestion de projet, communication, Google suite

Langue :Anglais, Français, Allemand

You will directly report to the Head of  PYDPP Airbus Procurement Processes team within the PYD department and PY directorate in charge of Procurement Governance Strategy across AIRBUS.

You will :

? support the overall Airbus Procurement Processes harmonization & simplification

? ensure that the Procurement processes you are in charge answer to business needs & comply with external/internal requirements & quality rules

? act as Project Manager / Leader to create state of the art and best in class processes through the application of project management processes, methods and tools as well as the management and coordination of the relevant Process Management Teams (PMT's)

You will work at Cross-Divisions level with the various Airbus procurement departments but also Programme, Quality, Operations, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Customer, Support & Services departments.

You will act as a project manager / leader for Procurement, leading divisional or cross divisional (Airbus, Airbus Defence & Space and Airbus Helicopters) improvement and harmonization projects (e.g. Export control, Procurement Processes Fit For Future, DDMS To Be ABP,...). You will be a focal point for E2E Procurement processes.

You will contribute to Airbus wide initiatives on digitalization as well as the development of new standards, tools and applications. You will support, drive and promote the digital transformation related to the End-to-End Procurement Process.

As process improver,  document owner,  you will be responsible for:

? Leading and managing procurement processes & methods for the SOURCE/

domain (Procurement area)

? Leading, driving and coordinating transversally the process management team

? Supporting the Process Owners and cross-sites / cross-functional Process Operational Managers representing Programme, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, Contract Management and Tools teams.

? Ensuring process continuous improvement e.g. supporting or leading business improvement projects, gathering and implementing feedback from Procurement commodities operational representatives (Voice of Customers), facilitating workshops

? Monitoring of process performance through Process Management Review meetings (monthly for each process), KPI's definition and deployment, operations feedback analysis, best practices sharing, improvement plan, risks and opportunities plan.

? Maintaining process Maturity level in line with process management objectives

? Checking and managing the impact of internal (e.g. PSP Fields or Requirement) or external requirements (e.g. EN9100, ISO14001) applicable to the processes.

? Managing interfaces with other processes/domains and liaising with the relevant Process Owners or Delegate. 

? Supporting the documentation rationalization and harmonization across the business

? Contributing and validating training and awareness material in close liaison

with Procurement Academy

? Delivering awareness sessions to internal customers in line with the scope of responsibility

? Contributing to internal or external audits and support to closure of findings

? Ensuring with the support of the accountable Process Quality focal point that the Procurement process complies with applicable requirements

? Supporting Source Domain or Process Management Board reviews (twice a year) with key stakeholders.

You will :

? deliver harmonized and simplified processes and policies on a transnational and trans-divisional basis taking into account the business needs and quality requirements from Airbus and the two Divisions.

? support internal and external audits and support the business in the planning of awareness and resolution of audit findings.

? support the deployment of Process Management as well as organize and

deliver process awareness sessions within the Procurement organization

across Airbus and the two Divisions.

? lead and coordinate the Process Management Teams to deliver on agreed objectives.

We are looking for a person with the follow skills and experiences:

? Diploma Bac + 5, Master in Management,

? Experience in Project Management, Procurement Processes, Procurement

? Knowledge of Project management, Change management & Lean techniques

? Soft skills : good communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, problem solving, work ethic, time management, teamwork

? Languages : English, French, German
