This role is to conduct the activities described within the Successor Human Factors Integration Plan (HFIP).
The following high level tasks are required to be conducted:
Task, Workload, Situation Awareness and Human Reliability Analysis
Human Machine Interface / Human Computer Interface development
Manpower and Target Audience development
Health Hazard assessment
Training Needs Analysis
This role may also involve some human factors project management activities (detailed planning etc).
Degree or higher in a human factors related discipline.
Relevant experience as a Human Factors Practitioner.
