Job description

Dynamic, experienced Tornado technical instructor required to develop courseware and deliver a training programme in Saudi Arabia. Ideally with experience in HDD or FGCS.

For the initial period of training delivery, the training location is Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Course duration approx. 12 weeks with a break over Christmas and New Year.

It is essential that the applicant can provide details of appropriate experience on the Tornado aircraft as evidence of being a suitable candidate. Furthermore, evidence of suitable qualification in training delivery (Min QCF Level 3 equivalent) e.g. Defence Instructional Techniques Course, PTTLLS Level 4) will be required.
Applicant will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of the following Tornado systems and processes:

* Aircraft Safety
* Electrical Wiring
* Electrical Power and Distribution
* Data Bus Mil Standard 1553 to include Mil Standard 1760
* Computer sub-systems
* Defensive Aids Sub-systems (DASS)
* Flight Systems
* Pitotstatic Systems
* Instrumentation
* Communications
* RADAR
* Navigation
* Auto-stabilization / Auto-pilot
* Display Systems
* Fault diagnosis and rectification

General Requirements:

The successful applicant will be required to produce training support materials - including curriculum, training objectives, syllabi, course plans with assessment and evaluation methods in order to satisfy both the company\\\'s and customers\\\' requirements.

They will be required to carry out analysis, design, production, development and delivery of new and existing training courses, ensuring they are aligned to meet the customer\\\'s needs in terms of time, cost and specification. Delivery of practical OJT / training consolidation in the operational environment, in line with appropriate policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for the general welfare of students in assigned areas during training activities; monitoring their performance so that each individual achieves maximum progress towards meeting the training objectives.
