Our strength: a comprehensive range of solutions for safety and comfort

Hutchinson is the world leader in airplane cabin comfort and safety, and meets a wide range of needs, from the cockpit to the engines, as well as fuselages, aircraft conversions, and maintenance. We implement comprehensive solutions combining materials science and engineering. Hutchinson has established a cross-disciplinary project-management structure, with one cross-disciplinary project manager per project so that the Group is able to speak to its customers with one voice. We are market leaders and we are supported by market-leading technologies to help us interact with our customers.

Long-standing technical credibility

Hutchinson has been SGT general subcontractor for Airbus's acoustics work packages since 2001 (A380 project) and has been awarded AP1020 certification (Design Organization Authorities and Signatories) for the Insulation work packages (A380 and A400M) and ATA21 - Air distribution (A400M).

The MTBF (Mid time before failure) of an engine mount is several tens of thousands of hours for an airliner, and several thousand hours for a helicopter.
