A vacancy for an IT Operational Specialist for ?Cloud and Automation? Product Service Line (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane.
You will join the department of Technology Services inside the Information Management Directorate where you will have the opportunity to participate in the digital roadmap of Airbus Helicopters especially in the Container Openshift On premise domain.
Based on your experience of IT and Containers/DevOps you will be a key player for the migration of Airbus Helicopters information system from legacy to Containers/DevOps platforms for the automation of operations, for the management of Container platform, for the management/implementation of containerized applications.
As an IT Operational Specialist for ?Cloud and Automation? Product Service Line you will support the Product Manager in your team and other Internal customers by offering technical solutions answering to their demands of Container Platform, Containerized applications, DevOps.
You will ensure that the expected services are delivered in accordance with commitments.
You will also represent Airbus Helicopters in Airbus Group's activities in relation with your mission.
This position will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities and will involve regular travels in Europe.
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
As a Container expert:
Participate in the definition of the Container Strategy focusing on migration and operational aspects.
Define technical standards and best practices for the usage of Containerized applications, DevOps
Define policies for the management of infrastructure SW licenses in Container Platform, Containerized applications.
Be a leader for the implementation of Container Platform, DevOps Pipelines, Containerized applications.
Implement automation to maximize efficiencies of related platforms.
Participate in the migration of existing legacy solutions to On Prime Container Platform
Support the deployment of new solutions on On Premise Container platform.
As an IT Operational Specialist for Container/ DevOps services:
Maintain the service catalog and integrate Container solutions, DevOps as a basis for Operational Service Agreements (OLA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Ensure the performance, stability and availability of the solution you are managing.
Act to optimize costs of your solutions.
Steer providers in charge to deploy and operate your solutions.
Ensure that Customers' demands are properly managed and control their deliveries in accordance with commitments.
Instigate actions to rectify poor performance.
Support a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) in line with business cost justifications.
Support the Airbus Helicopters' Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and the associated Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
Ensure compliance with Airbus' procedures related to the purpose of the job (security rules ?).
We are looking at the following skills and competencies:
Experience in IT operations and knowledge of IT processes (such as ITIL)
Strong Experience in Containers (Kubernetes, HELM, Docker)
=> Kubernetes or Openshift certification would be appreciated
=> Knowledge of "Open Data Hub Technologies " would be appreciated(https://opendatahub.io/)
Experience in Devops and automation (Gitlab, Jentkins, Artifactory, Ansible)
Experience in service monitoring and provider management
Ability to be multi-task
Good communication skills, both spoken and written
French advanced level
