The Corporate Information Security Officer comes under the authority of the Corporate Security Officer of Airbus helicopters group to whom he reports.



1 - MISSIONS



As Corporate Information Security Officer :



- Defines the Company Information Security requirements such as policies, directives and methods as well as the strategy aligned with Airbus Helicopters business requirements to protect the scientific, technical, industrial and commercial assets of the group.



- Ensures that all legal and regulatory obligations are respected in all information security activities. Is the « Officier Central de Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information » (OCSSI), as defined in the French Instruction Ministérielle n° 900.



- Manages and coordinates worldwide all Security issues in the field of Information Protection.


- Manages the global security audit program and security auditing standards in co-ordination with Quality, Procurement and IM, and performs regular compliance reviews inside and outside the company to verify that the security policies and directives are in place.



- Represents Airbus Helicopters group on the different committees dealing with information security and in particular, coordinates all information security matters with the relevant Airbus Group committee and organization.



As Central Crypto Officer :



- Ensures that all regulatory obligations are respected in all Crypto activities (Defense, NATO, OCCAR,..) in all sites under French law.
 


2 -RESPONSIBILITIES



As Corporate Information Security Officer :



- Supervises the implementation of the Information Security strategy, policies and directives and verifies their application at each Airbus Helicopters level (covering Airbus Helicopters production and industrial domain), for new ventures and acquisitions as well as in the Extended Enterprise and the Airbus helicopters production and industrial domain.  



- Defines all standard contracts documents with partners, suppliers, customers impacting Information and ICT Security to ensure that Airbus Helicopters security requirements are addressed consistently, and that external requirements are properly addressed inside Airbus Helicopters.



- Manages the Extended Enterprise activities and security operations (hierarchy attachment).


- Performs for French sites, all tasks relating to the position of OCSSI, as defined in the French Instruction Ministérielle n° 900. He coordinates the activity of the local OSSI of the French plants. The local OSSI reports to him (functional link).



- Coordinates the implementation of national and international organization regulations (Defense, Nato, Occar, UE,?). He is the focal point for national or international agencies (ANSSI, NAHEMA, OCCAR, BSI,..),


- Works with national and international security agencies and cyber defense centers proactively and in case of incidents.


- Validates, in coordination with IM Security, the choice of Information Systems solutions and architectures.


- Validates all Security exceptions


- Develops, implements and maintains a proactive Cyber Security strategy in close collaboration with IM security to protect Airbus Helicopters company assets against cyber-attacks and threats,


- Steers the activities of the information security actors at countries & sites level


- Carries out audits and investigations independently if required in case of fraudulent use, theft, loss, or falsification or altering information,


- Addresses Information Security risks and mitigation in coordination with the IM and business functions risk management organizations


- Anticipates emerging trends and technologies and their impact (opportunities and threats) for information security



As Central Crypto Officer :



- Defines the measures to protect and the procedures to manage the crypto elements that come from governments or military organizations and controls their implementation. He coordinates the activity of the local crypto Officer of the French plants. The local crypto Officer reports to him (functional link).





Niveau d'étude : BAC+4/5


Expérience : au moins 10 ans

·         Prise de recul et vision globale stratégique
