Airbus Helicopters is looking for a

This position is part of the AH IM organization in the ITSM team. As our Servicenow Product Manager (d/f/m) you cover all topics related to the ITSM platform lifecycle, and also manage projects and change requested by the ITSM team and the other stakeholders.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Driving the product across cross-functional teams of Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Group as Product & Project Manager ITSM (d/f/m), to gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints to identify user needs, help the customers understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases

Support ITSM process owners to optimize the value of the ITSM platform to serve the IT processes

Interact with Airbus Commercial Aircraft shared support team ensuring the technical support of the platform

Oversees and controls applicative roadmaps associated with the ITSM platform scope

Manages the budget associated with project and platform

Ensures ITSM platform service performance quality in terms of cost, (deadline) on-time-delivery and quality

Interacts with editor & infrastructure teams to ensure the performance of the platform

Represents Airbus Helicopters at Airbus Group level for the definition of the ITSM platform strategy & the global roadmap

Study in information management or comparable

Product management experience

Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies

Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers

Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products

Knowing how to define the product roadmap

Fluent in English (French and/or German would be a plus)
