A vacancy for a Lead manager Export Control (focus on data labeling & classification) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane, France. We are looking for an experienced export control manager with good knowledge of ECCN (& identification of derivates) to take the lead on a German-French team split between Marseille (France) and Donauwörth (Germany) in Bavaria.

The successful applicant will join the data governance office of AH Engineering.

Your first major project will be to harmonize classifications (ECCN, derivates) rules, methods and processes between AH's home countries (France, Germany and Spain).

The responsibilities:

- Bring export control expertise, including on ECCN and identification of derivates (EU, US, National FRA / GER / SPA).

- Lead the 6 employees of the binational team (3 in France and 3 in Germany): vision, strategy, set priorities, documentation & methods, HR by delegation.

- Lead improvement projects, such as digitalization (automation) of export control processes, in close coordination with the team of data analyst team.

- Work in close coordination with other export control managers from Production, Support & services and from the central legal team.

You will contribute to: ?

- ensure compliance of Engineering organization with export regulations

- harmonize working methods between team members in France and Germany

- Perform intelligence on regulation: analyze changes, propose upgrades of processes, methods, tools.

- spreading Export Control knowledge by coordinating the performance of on-the-job trainings for the Engineering community.

Profile & skills we are looking for:

- significant experience in export control, including with US law.

- significant experience in team management

- Very good communication and social skills (mandatory)

- English and French fluent (mandatory)

- German fluent (significant advantage)

- Experience in the industry (wished)

Un poste de chef d'équipe du contrôle des exportations (focus classification des données) est vacant au sein d'Airbus Helicopters à Marignane, en France. Nous recherchons un responsable expérimenté en control export avec une bonne connaissance des ECCN et de l'identification des dérivés (notamment US) pour prendre la tête d'une équipe franco-allemande répartie entre Marseille (France) et Donauwörth (Allemagne) en Bavière. Le candidat retenu rejoindra le data governance office au sein de la direction technique d'Airbus Helicopters.

Votre premier projet sera d'harmoniser méthodes, processus et règles de classification (ECCN, dérivés) entre les pays d'origine d'AH (France, Allemagne et Espagne).

Vos responsabilités:

- Apporter une expertise en matière de contrôle des exportations, en particulier du fonctionnement des ECCN et de l'identification des dérivés (UE, US, National FRA / GER / SPA).

- Coordonner l'action des 6 collaborateurs de l'équipe binationale (3 en France et 3 en Allemagne): vision, stratégie, priorités définies, documentation & méthodes, RH par délégation.

- Diriger des projets d'amélioration, tels que la numérisation (automatisation) des processus d'identification des données et produits à contrôler, en étroite coordination avec l'équipe de data analysts.

- Travailler en étroite coordination avec les autres responsables du contrôle des exportations (production, support et services, équipe juridique centrale).

Vous contribuerez à:

- assurer la conformité de la direction technique avec la règlementation export applicable

- harmoniser les méthodes de travail entre vos personnels français et allemands.

- veille de régulation: analyser les changements de règlementations, proposer des évolutions de processus, méthodes, outils.

- diffuser les connaissances en matière de contrôle des exportations en coordonnant et réalisant les formations "on the job" pour la communauté technique.

Profil et compétences recherchées:

- expérience significative dans le contrôle des exportations, législation américaine incluse.

- expérience significative de la gestion d'équipe multinationale (souhaitée)

- Très bonne communication et compétences sociales (obligatoire)

- Anglais et Français courant (obligatoire)

- Allemand (fortement souhaité)

- Expérience dans l'industrie (souhaitée)
