Position & Responsibility

Under the responsibility of the head of Service Delivery Center in Toulouse, the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) guarantees all the services are being well delivered to the customers.

The SDM has the responsibility of the delivery for the services that the customer has contracted accordingly to the service level agreement.

You synchronize operations with your customer's peers.  You deliver actions reports to the program manager in charge of the contract and to the customer as well.

You also have the lead to propose new services to the customers in order to improve the level of security of his IT and to improve the brand image of Airbus Defence & Space CyberSecurity (capability, innovation,)

You have the responsibility to deal with other internal teams, such as Engineering, Project management, to continuously improve the daily operations in delivering the service and in the on-boarding process of new services, including Cyber defence on Demand or Threat Intelligence services, or new customers.


You represent your customers' interests whilst dealing with the Airbus CyberSecurity personnel, such as SOC people, Engineering, other experts, pre-sales, project management. You know the network specifications and the applications architecture of the customer's for whom you are in charge.

The Service Delivery Manager:

• Deals with the delivery of the services to customer's

• Coordinates the operations inside the Cyber Defence operations department  in case of other resources are required to improve, fix any points on the delivered services.

• Manages the SLA compliance

• Organizes and leads monthly meetings with his/her customer peers in order to review all major events and actions which occurred during an elapsed period

• Knows Agile and Safe development methods

• Handles crisis & exception situations with the Program manager, the personnel & his/her customer

• Coordinates the operations stakeholders and guarantee the achievement of the goals whenever some upgrade or change operations are necessary.

At least a master's degree in the field of Computer Science, IT, Engineering, OR equivalent work experience in IT

• Rigorous and respectful of process. Strong attention to details.

• Strong time management skills with the ability for multitasking

• Information Security and operational oriented mind-set

• Very good level in English (oral & written)

• Dynamic and team worker with excellent communication skill.

• Capability to analyze and synthetize information, to write pertinent reports

This position requires a French clearance.
