Description of the training (team and training description):

A vacancy for Continuous integration solution setup in PMR (Professional Mobile Radio) domain (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & space, Secure Land Communication (SLC), in Elancourt.

The portfolio of Secure Land Communications Program Line encompasses professional mobile radio communication (PMR), including network solutions, radio terminals, dispatching, network and security operating centers, and services.

In the Terminal SW France team, the trainee will have to design a continuous integration platform, in order to improve terminal software quality. Team is composed of sw development engineers, tests engineers and sw project managers.

The trainee will be in charge of designing and developing a solution of continuous integration to enable automatic sw build and tests of PMR Terminal SW. He/she will have first to study configuration management, development environments and network constraints to define the best solution. He/she will define the tools to be used, set up the configuration.

The solution will also have to run smoke tests after sw build. The trainee will have to study existing testing tools and define how to include them into the continuous integration solution.

At the end of the internship, the solution shall be able to automatically build the sw when the software development team is delivering, run smoke tests and provide test results.
