A vacancy for a Weakness Management Product Owner in Airbus Cyber security Defence Center has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse.
You will join the Cyber Security Department.

Today, governments, companies and private individuals are increasingly the target of attacks like theft of intellectual property, sensitive information and even money. Airbus Group is more and more at risk due to its leading position in the market and the additional risks coming from the Extended Enterprise. We have been facing malware attacks which have become more and more sophisticated over the last months. IT Security measures can do a lot, but each of us, as Airbus employees, are the first line of defence. What is doing the Cyber Security Defence Center team: Security threats have increased drastically in the last few years and organizations are facing an increasingly complex threat landscape. Airbus digitalization is bringing many opportunities but they come with new risks. Therefore, Airbus has developed state-of-the art cyber-threats detection capabilities, relying on more than 10 years of experience, in order to protect its business assets.

Your role: As Weakness Management Product Owner:
? You will be accountable for the toolset deployed especially to detect, track and manage IT weaknesses.
? You will be in charge of defining the IT solutions in line with the Airbus Cyber Defense Center strategy and ensure the deliveries are aligned with the requirements.
? You will be interested in cyber threat trends evolution and feedback coming from cybersecurity experts in order to propose a solution always fitting the current cyber threats.
? You will work with local and remote (offshore) software development teams.
? You have a strong technical background letting you understand and arbitrate (with solution architect support) what could be the best technical choice for each observed situation.
You are based in TOULOUSE and report to the Weakness Management Product Manager. This position requires you to be eligible for an authorization by recognized authorities.
Tasks & Accountabilities:
As the successful candidate your main tasks & accountabilities are:
? Define a product strategy and a product vision in accordance with Cyber Security Defence Center strategy.
? Ensures that the known Product Vision is translated into a prioritised Product Backlog in alignment with the business stakeholders.
? Establishes two-way-dialogue to translate Business Needs against known technical & resource constraints.
? Working in self-sufficient multi-disciplinary teams responsible for end to end product development (UI builder, admin, developer, architect and scrum master)
