1. Travel and arrangements for the permanent employees transitioning out to country
* Ensure efficiency of travel arrangement
* Act as interface with In country Accommodation and Support Services team / LLC (in country office) on Visas, in country transport and accommodation.
* Support advance plan management to ensure smooth transitions
* Ad hoc support to Installation and commissioning personnel for the same as above
2. Provide Secretarial support to Head of Support Programme
* Diary and email management
* Travel booking
* Expenses support
* Action tracking / chasing
* Support to the Head of Support Programmes direct reports for:-
- Travel booking
- Expenses support
An opportunity for a capable business support administrator to be involved at an exciting time on the Oman Programme. The role has two key purposes; to facilitate the travel arrangements for individuals and to provide secretarial and administration support to the Head of Supportand his direct report.
The role will suit an individual who thrives on variety, is flexible and has excellent organisational skills. Additionally secretarial and administration duties will include; travel booking, diary management, expenses support, email management.
Duration: 4 Months
Rate: £19.81 Ltd per hour
