Job Description

This is a 6 month fixed term contract role based at Wattisham providing Administrative support to the Wattisham contracts.

Responsibilities include:
* Routine office administration, including managing mail, correspondence and filing
to ensure all documentation and administrative output is produced in a professional and compliant manner and that the management of personnel files and employee correspondence is in accordance with company procedures
* Collation and recording of holiday, leave and sickness absence within the personnel data base
* Co-ordinate meetings including note taking
* Co-ordinate visitors access to site and arrange travel requirements and subsistence expenses for all personnel
* Assisting in preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as requested in order to support contract delivery including preparation of correspondence and PowerPoint presentations
* Responsible for keeping all department notice boards up to date
* Collation and checking of timesheets/clocking records ensuring that all inconsistencies are raised with the appropriate Line Manager
* To carry out any other tasks within capability and experience in support of the Contract as directed by the HR or Contract Manager
