Job Description

Carbon60 are seeking an Aerospace Engineer for our exciting growing client based in the North West. Within this role you will be tasked to consolidate their Engineering Team by delivering technical support to production, customer support team and direct to customers; maintain productive programme growth.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be required to address internal and customer technical queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that appropriate action meets those requirements.
Tasked to generate technical reports which provide detail analysis of root cause of failure and rectification methods.
Produce aerospace release documents for completed engines acceptable to the relevant regulatory authority.
Ensure that quality standards are maintained and improved throughout the production cycle ensuring airworthiness of the highest standard.
Review the engine technical documents to ascertain history and subsequent scope of work required to restore airworthiness.
Develop improvement programmes to enhance productivity and achieve agreed KPIs.

Critical Skills:

Strong engineering skills including experience of system/process improvements.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Experience of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Aerospace gas turbine industry experience would be an advantage for this role.


An engineering degree / HND or equivalent experience.
