Job Description

A global renowned engineering aerospace and defence company are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new programmes based at their Luton site.

As the Business Development Executive you\'ll be:
> Responsible for global business development, sales and marketing strategies
> Compiling new business cases to support bids and strategy
> Maintaining and developing customer relationships
> Support sales and operations strategy plans
> Understanding market dynamics and predicting trends
> Supporting customer pricing policy
> Attending trade shows and conferences
> Managing customer RFQ\'s through submission, negotiation and award

You\'ll report into the Business Development Manager participating in the day to day management of the BD function and supporting the future strategy of the company.

To be successful in the role of Business Development Executive you\'ll have the following skills and experience:
> Proven background in a sales/engineering environment within the aerospace sector
> Available for substantial business travel globally
> Efficient, confident and effective communicator at all levels
> Solution orientated
> Excellent management and interpersonal skills
> Ability to lead people and a vision/strategy
