You will be the first point of contact for answering the telephone therefore good customer service skills are essential.
Booking travel and hotels for our contractors
Assistance with intake and management of customer requirements
Continuous customer and field resource communication and support
Assistance with updating of program documents, KPI\'s and program controls
Skills and Experience:-
Previous business and/or support administration experience
Good working knowledge of Windows-based software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Dynamic, enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal, team-building and leadership skills
High-level written and oral communication skills
Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
Holder of a valid driving licence
