Business Development Manager - Aerospace (Northern Europe)
Our Client is a globally recognised in the supply of titanium and alloys in a forged, melt or rolled form with added-value machining, electromechanical assembly and kitting particularly for the aerospace sector. To support their continuing growth and focus within Northern Europe, we are seeking a Northern European based Business Development Manager.
Reporting to the VP Commercial for Europe and to be based ideally in Germany, the role will be focused on business development throughout Northern Europe, Eastern Europe (other than Russia) and Scandinavia. This role will need someone who has strong, successful and relevant experience of business development within the aerospace manufacturing supply chain within these territories.
With our Clients' existing supply activity in Europe, the Business Development Manager will have revenue generating responsibility for capturing new business and capitalizing on existing business. Working in support of these core European Client sites, you will be targeted on the promotion of company products and services to expand customer needs.
You should be:
To support this strategic position, you should have over ten years of increasingly responsible experience in business development within aerospace through the supply of materials (metals) and added-value content. In addition, you should have awareness of technical and industry material specifications as well as an ability to develop and lead strategic sales activity.
You will need to be multilingual preferably in German and English, and be able to travel through Europe. This role can be home or office based depending on location.
