You will be responsible for setting and maintaining KPIs, regularly reporting performance, and agreeing production schedules with the UK Head of Manufacturing.
The emphasis for the successful candidate is on excellent team work and managerial skills within a production manufacturing environment. Applications are invited from experienced Factory Managers, Plant Managers, and Production Managers, as well as ambitious production team leaders who have worked in an electronics assembly environment (they have 3 production lines of surface mount with some through-hole involved).

This is a challenging role; the successful applicant will be flexible, determined and self-motivated, with experience of managing in a shift production environment. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary and excellent benefits (including 1pm finish on Fridays).
