We are Information Management Industrial Cyber Security. Our mission is to collaborate with our plants and assembly lines to make the traditional as well as the new digitalized means of Aircraft production (Industrial Information and Communication Technology systems, Operational Technology (OT) systems and Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS)) more resilient to cyber attacks.
Our mission requires excellent understanding of how our plant's Aircraft production processes, of how they work (and think) and what tools, technologies and processes they are using as of today - and will use in the future - to achieve production and production ramp-up objectives.
It also requires excellent know how of cyber security, of what cyber threads and risks the means of A/C production are exposed to - and how to help our plants to manage those risks - how to control, countermeasure and ultimately mitigate those risks in a sustainable way. For this we have access to the portfolio of state of the art cyber security solutions, products and services of Airbus Information Management Cyber Security (#ZIS).
Our responsibilities include to contribute to this portfolio by
a) Helping to tailor existing cyber security solutions, products and their roadmaps for industrial risk mitigation business needs
b) Extend the existing portfolio with new solutions where existing ones can't be tailored to A/C production business needs.

The IM Industrial Cyber Security Plant Specialist is a key role in our team. She/he will be the link and bridge between the plant and the cyber security technologies, solutions and services provided by the cyber security and Information Management organization. In this role she/he will work together with the plant's multifunctional Information Management (IM) team, with the other plant's security specialists, with network security experts, software and system security experts, with Cyber Defence Centre and Computer Emergency Response Teams across Spain, France, UK and Germany.
The task is to work with the local IM plant team to deliver shop floor solution projects, to provide cyber security know how and to help the local plant teams to mitigate production cyber risks. For this task, she/he is supported by a central cyber-security team providing expertise, solutions and technology.
For this role, Operational Technology (OT) skills and cyber security skills know-how is very important. So is solid manufacturing production process and automation know-how.
However, skills and expertise can be learnt and trained. It is the mindset which is key for this position.
The position is based in Airbus plant St. Elois. The jobholder is part of the local plant Information Management team and of the Industrial Cyber Security France team and is reporting to the Head of Industrial Cyber Security, who is based in Hamburg. A very high level of autonomy and pragmatism is essential.
Task & accountabilities :
# Work with local plant IM team to deliver secure shop floor solutions
# Carry out continues identification of shop floor cyber security and risk mitigation needs
# Carry out lead of industrial cyber solutions and service implementation and improvement projects in cooperation with plant business, plant focal points
# Focal point for plant St. Elois: Represent Industrial Cyber team, its mission, objectives, projects and approach in St. Elois as point of contact for business and security community stakeholders
# Manage supplier work packages and sourcing ensuring deliverables on time, cost and quality.
# Contribute to the overall industrial cyber security architecture vision and to the IM Industrial Security roadmap
# Manage your activities' budget needs and spending and contribute to the department's budget planning. Responsible for planning and budgeting for the area of responsibility as delegated by the superior.
• Direct work relationship with SOC, CERT and OT/IIoT teams and projects
• Direct working relationships with IM shop floor solution teams. IM plant ecosystem and managers
• Working relationship with Business Function Security Partners
• Working relationship with plant incident management roles
• Working relationships with business project managers, architects and technical experts
