A vacancy for a Head of Commercial and Communication (m/f) has arisen within NAVBLUE in Toulouse.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Commercial and Communication is responsible for planning and implementing the overall commercial strategy for the organization. This role provides leadership and coordination of the technical sales, external communications, and sales operations divisions. The Head of Commercial and Communication plays a key role in aligning and leveraging all functions to ensure that NAVBLUE maximizes profitability, increases market share, expands the customer base, develops new offerings, and leverages technology.
The Head of Commercial and Communication will play a strong leadership role in the organization while credibly representing the organization externally and internally, and liaises directly with NAVBLUE's client base. This role requires up to 50% travel and provides vision, direction, and management for the commercial organization of NAVBLUE.
A. The jobholder will develop, coordinate, and manage an effective sales cycle methodology, and deliver or exceeding annual sales forecasts in a balanced, planned and economic manner.
B. The jobholder will establish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures for the sales team.
Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and activities will include:
A. Lead the Sales division to deliver on its annual and multi-year goals (deliver this year OI + build pipeline for next year) while further attracting and building a loyal foundation of committed, motivated, and talented sales professionals.
B. Lead the global sales, account management and communication groups by providing leadership and contributing to the overall sales strategy, with a focus on increasing revenue and profitability.
C. Supervise the planning, development and preparation of company communications materials, sales materials, exhibits and promotion programs.
D. Leverage the Sales Operations division to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales effort, factoring in methodologies, cost models and results.
E. As a key member of the executive team, contribute to the company's strategic and business planning process, including providing recommendations to leadership on the overall sales strategy, consistent with the business plan and strategic direction of the company.
