Principal Design Analyst (LS-DYNA)
Salary £50,000 - 60,000
My client is a global leader in their field. They are currently seeking to appoint a design analyst who has two or more years post graduate experience in performing finite element, (FEA) / stress analysis on metallic components. It is essential that you should have worked with LS-DYNA.
Applications are invited from experienced stress / structural / finite / design analysts. You will have a degree in mechanical engineering (or similar) and you will have significant experience of working on metallic structures / fabricated / welded assemblies or similar. In addition, if you have experience of working with composites and or plastics, this may prove of additional interest. Experience of working have experience of working on vehicles, (volume or specialist), whether whole vehicle or components / sub-assemblies will be of particular interest. You will already be familiar with working with CAE / FEA software such as Patran, Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys, LS-DYNA and other Finite Element packages, then this may also prove to be advantageous. If you have already worked in a design / structural / stress analysis role on products within the automotive, aerospace or defence industry then it is likely that your background may be appropriate.
