The Antennas division or our Marlow, Buckinghamshire based client a Module Stream Quality Engineer for continuous improvement work supporting avionics or antennas (mechanical) investigation work. Looking at processes and working with the Ops manager, manufacturing and engineering teams to drive quality improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensuring all customer and regulatory quality requirements are captured. The client is one of the world\'s leading companies engaged in the development, delivery and support of leading-edge aerospace and defence systems in the air, on land and at sea. Their production facility is on-site and they are proud to be supporting British manufacturing.
Conduct internal BMS Audits and enable process improvement(s).
Drive process adherence in the Module and defined support areas.
Support maintenance and improvement in BMS procedures and processes related to Quality & manufacturing processes.
Support the execution of Quality best practices - MRB: Fast Response; FPY: Quality Clinic; Layered Process Audits.
Re-enforcement of Quality behaviours through training, support, assessment and audit.
Depth of experience in driving quality improvement.
Understanding of Aerospace, Quality System and regulatory standards.
Solid understanding of RCPS tools and techniques.
Excellent program and time management skills, highly organised.
Excellent understanding of quality improvement tools.
