Description of the job :
A position of Programme Performance Manager (m/f) has just been opened at STELIA Aerospace in Toulouse.
As part of the Airbus Helicopters Program team, you will report to the Program Director and be part of the Program's management staff.
You will be co-pilot of the program manager and will be in charge of defining, updating and analyzing the various performance management indicators (Planning, costs, quality, resources, production preparation).
You will support the person in charge of Elementary Parts in order to set up the reporting allowing a fine management of the activity (LoB, medium/long term vision, economic).

Travel is to be expected (once or twice a month) and as a result, you must be willing to travel accordingly.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Define the tools, indicators or monitoring methods,
- Guarantee the deployment and continuous improvement of P&PM methods and tools for the Program,
- Propose facilitation methods that simplify the exchange of information between the multi-business team, highlight risks and opportunities and facilitate decision-making,
- Harmonize and simplify the various reporting, routines and instances,
- Analyze the various subjects and propose work axes to the program manager and the MFT (Multifunctional team),
- Develop business expertise on program management methods and tools to support PPMs and cross-functional program teams,
- Anticipate potential problems and implement derisking actions,
- To be the point of support for the elementary parts program manager on all activity monitoring actions (economic, deadline),
- Report on the progress of the elementary parts to the program manager.

Required profile

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Holder of a diploma at Bac+4/5 level,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project and/or Program Management
- Experience in structuring, Risk Management, Resources Management,
- Knowledge :
o in reporting, indicators, control room,
o in supply chain and environment Elementary Parts (manufacturing process by technology),
o SAP, Pack Office, dashboarding tools (Power BI or equivalent),
- Ability to work in a complex & multi-trade environment, and with strong challenges,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Strong ability to influence, make decisions and have an analytical mind,
- Continuous improvement orientation,
- Resilience and obstinacy,
- Advanced level in French and English.
