JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Operations Manager
1.The Supply Chain Operations Manager will be located at KFAA Supply Squadron, and will report to the Head Of Supply Chain Operations based in ALS Riyadh. The post holder\'s primary task will be to Lead the entire Supply Chain Operations at KFAA.
2.Ensure appropriate Training and Development requirements are identified and implemented to run the supply chain operations
3.Ensure appropriate engagement and management reporting into the RSAF supply commander and the Logistics Wing Commander
4.Ensure appropriate management of the PC-21 Performance Base Contract and the Pilatus team embedded within the supply squadron at KFAA
5.Provide strong leadership and direction into the workforce to achieve daily operational tasks.
6.Identification and implementation of Operational improvement at KFAA Supply Squadron
7.Ensure compliance with the SMSCMC and BAE SA Operational Framework, and operational assurance mandates
8.Ensure compliance with the SHE requirements set out to run the Supply Operations at KFAA
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Maintain dialogue and interface with the RSAF and other functional units to support the two-way dialogue related to the supply chain operational performance related to PC-21 and Cirrus
2.Provide leadership and direction for effective Inventory Forecasting and planning
3.Provide leadership and direction for effective demand management and interface with the maintenance organisation
4.Provide leadership and direction for Asset repair and Overhauls including Anti Deteriation requirements
5.Provide leadership and direction for the Physical logistics operations
6.Provide Leadership and direction for Import / Export requirements and customs clearance in Kingdom
7.Effective Training and Development plan to meet the operational requirements
8.Effective Management reporting to include OFF The Shelf Satisfaction Rates, Non-Mission Capable Supply Aircraft, Dwell times, Repair TRT\'s and any other parameters to improve supply chain operational performance
9.Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectives
10.Compliance with all SHE, Quality & Product Safety requirements and mandatory attendance at the quality and product safety reviews
11.Ensure closure of all corrective actions assigned from audits to agreed schedule
12.Ensure that best practice knowledge and experience is shared and adopted across the Operational bases in particular Tabuk: Focus on People, Process and Tools
13.Ensure Supply Chain Operation risks are identified, recorded and effective mitigation plans in place
14.Develop annual plans with prioritisation and ensure effective management of Saudisation plans effective in Kingdom
15.Stay informed of advances in supply chain technology and approaches, and apply within the organization to improve supply chain processes

BUSINESS EXPERTISE (company/industry knowledge):
*Significant understanding of the BAE Systems Saudi Arabia business, or an ability to develop this quickly
*Significant experience in multi discipline supply chain management
*Significant political and cultural awareness in areas relating to BAE SYSTEMS business
*Expert networking and communication skills used at a senior level with governments, customers, suppliers, partners and sub-contractors
*Substantial supply chain management experience in a relevant environment
*Responsible in all aspects of the Risk Management process.
*Will rounded background of BAE Systems Operational Framework
*Minimum of 10 years of working experience
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED (qualifications/experience):
*Minimum 10 years\' experience in a Supply Chain Operational role.
*Management of a large and complex support project with a proven record of delivering business, project performance and customer satisfaction.
*Experienced practitioner in the execution and application of the Operational Framework and LCM.
*Experience of leading large, multifunction and multi-disciplinary teams.
*Extensive knowledge of supply chain capabilities, skill-sets and the resources required for successful deployment.
