Morson are currently recruiting for a Support Specialist to be based in Yeovil.
The successfull candidate will work as part of a team to process the relevant Spares, R&O and / or RFQ in order to provide and maintain an effective Customer service; to ensure that Spares and Repair turnover and Delivery Schedule Adherence are achieved in line with the Company Business plan and to maximise customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience and ability to use SAP and Microsoft pacakges such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Interpersonal and strong team skills (ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the business both within and outside the department.
Ability to work under pressure, to deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy at all times.
Numerate skills with a high degree of written and computer data accuracy.
The ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
Qualified to HNC level (or equivalent) in an Aerospace or Business related subject or adequate relevant experience in a business related environment.
The ability to manage, prioritise and problem solve with minimal supervision.
Receptive to change and have a positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
