A vacancy for aWorkday compensation Product Manager has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the ZIMHT Department and in the frame of the deployment of Workday, you will be accountable for the end to end compensation product.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Being accountable for the end to end compensation product: from innovation, design, configuration to operational excellence sustainability
- Working within a multi-functional teams in order to ensure compensation Workday product consistency and be the focal point for HR customers.
This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
