Britain’s fastest-growing airline bmi regional has responded to customer demand and boosted two core routes ahead of its summer schedule launch: Bristol to Frankfurt and East Midlands to Brussels will now go three times daily from 2 February, 2015 rather than at the end of March.
The increase adds 7,000 seats across the two routes for early 2015 with one way fares from East Midlands to Brussels from £65 and from Bristol to Frankfurt from £79.
bmi regional CEO Cathal O’Connell, said: “Additional flights on these two routes were planned for summer 2015 but due to customer demand we’ve brought forward the start dates to 2 February. Travellers can now get to two of Europe’s most important financial and commercial cities even more easily and continue to enjoy the benefits we offer our customers as standard, including free checked baggage and a complimentary bar and snack service on board.”
He added: “Strengthening key routes is a cornerstone of our European expansion strategy that has seen us achieve connectivity between 20 destinations across seven countries since our launch as an independent carrier in 2012.”
bmi regional, which operates an all-jet fleet of Embraer aircraft, offers signature customer-focused service across its network, including free 20kg baggage allowance; 30-minute check-in and allocated seating; complimentary in-flight catering and full drinks service; and a schedule tailored to the needs of business travellers.
