Effective October 1st, 2018, Raphaëlle Giovannetti is appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee of Safran Electronics & Defense.

Raphaëlle Giovannetti began her career in 1992 with SILEC as Deputy-Director Human Resources

She joined Sagem* in 1996, holding successive positions as head of personnel administration and then head of R&D recruiting and mobility for the optronics, navigation and security businesses. In 2002, she returned to Sagem corporate human resources, taking charge of employee compensation, appraisal policies and mobility.

She joined Safran at its creation in 2005, setting up the group's Compensation and Benefits function. She became Director of Safran HR Development at the end of 2012.

Raphaëlle Giovannetti, 51, graduated from IGS (Institut de Gestion Sociale) in 1991 with a master's degree in Human Resources Management.
