Virgin Atlantic has chosen AFI KLM E&M (Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance) to provide component support for its future Airbus A350-1000 fleet. The British airline had ordered 12 of the highest capacity A350s at the Farnborough air show four years ago.

This is flight-hour support contract which includes repairs, access to a pool of spare parts and the provision of a Main Base Kit in London.
