Centrale Marseille is a member of the Groupe des Écoles Centrales (with Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Paris and Beijing). Installed in the heart of the Château-Gombert Technopole, it develops close links with numerous large companies, several leading research laboratories, competitiveness clusters and has established numerous international partnerships.


Centrale Marseille shares with the Écoles Centrales the same vision, that of multidimensional excellence, and the same structuring project, that of training multi-skilled and responsible engineers.
Equipped with a strong scientific and technical culture, the Marseille central engineer also has important managerial skills, a proven ability to manage complex projects and a first-rate international outlook. On the basis of this shared foundation, a very diversified range of courses adapted to the most recent developments of the company ensures that every graduate is able to quickly and at the highest level in the professional world.
At the national level, the Central Schools offer a unique integrated offer in four fundamental areas: training, research, international relations, relations with companies.

Centrale Marseille, which has been in a strong qualitative and quantitative growth since its labeling in 2006, aims to settle permanently in the landscape of the best French schools.
Mainly operated on the Centrale-Supélec competition, recruitment is also open to foreign students and the University's best university graduates (Casting Contest). More than 100 teachers and researchers as well as 250 external speakers supervise the pedagogy of the students. The School graduates about 200 engineers every year.
