Eurofighter Jagdflugzeug GmbH is a multinational company that co-ordinates the design, production and upgrade of the Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft. The consortium was founded in 1986 and is based and registered in Munich.

The programme supports large numbers of highly skilled and specialised jobs. Total employment on the Eurofighter Typhoon project is estimated at more than 100,000 personnel from 400 companies across Europe.
