Faculté de géographie et d' Aménagement de Strasbourg

The Faculty of Geography and Development is one of the components of the University of Strasbourg (UdS), created on 1 January 2009 by the regrouping of the three local universities (Marc Bloch University, Louis Pasteur and Robert Schuman). After having been a member of the ULP for more than 37 years, the Facult has a totally new structure, still in existence in France.

According to its vocation, it has established close links with other components or schools present on the site of the LMD. It proposes a training offer that translates G igitalography into its globality and its transdisciplinary positioning.

Represented by its three classical branches, Physical Geography, Human Geography and Development, this diversity is reflected in the supply of training which combines lectures and TD, supported by field work And study trips, as well as internships in companies, research laboratories or collectivities. Moreover, the strong involvement of the professional world in organizing and conducting studies is an additional asset to improve the professional integration of students after training.
