Intespace, specialist and European leader in environmental testing is an anonymous company certified ISO 9001 / EN 9100 / ISO 17025.
Created in 1983 to take over the space activities of SOPEMEA-Toulouse, its shareholder is EADS Astrium and Thales Alenia Space.
Intespace, subsidiary 87% of Astrium and 13% of Thales Alenia Space has Toulouse a test center in its own site on 20.000m2, linking the room of integration of satellites of communications of Astrium.
More than 11.5 million euros have been invested on this site since 2000 to develop and upgrade these test facilities.
The company also has a subsidiary in the Netherlands, ETS, created with the German firm IABG to manage the testing facilities of the European Space Agency (ESA) technical center.
In 2010, it inaugurated the test center at Elancourt on the EADS Defense & Security site to be closer to its customers in the Paris region.
