MITCHINSON FLYING SERVICE LIMITED

The Mitchinson family sold the business to the present owners in 1979. Janet Keim, our President, learned to fly at Mitchinson's in 1971, and had worked as a Flight Instructor from 1975 to 1979. She had left to fly for Air Canada in 1979, but returned after a few months to purchase Mitchinson's.

Over the past 20 years, the fleet has expanded to thirteen Cessna aircraft including Cessna 152, 172, 172RG and 310 models. At Mitchinson's our main focus, starting back in Mitch's day, has been to provide quality training for pilots. Our committment to that goal remains, and will continue into the future.

In recognition of the role that Mitchinson's has played in the Saskatchewan Aviation industry, Mitch and Janet have been recognized by the Saskatchewan Aviation Council.
