Polytech Marseille

Aix-Marseille Universit was established by Decree n ° 2011-1010 of 24 August 2011. It entered into force on 1 January 2012, replacing the universities of Provence, the Mediterranean and Paul-C Zanne. Today it is one of the youngest universities in France, it is also the largest in terms of the number of its students, its staff and its budget. It is also the largest francophone university. All these advantages, apart from the remarkable achievements in the field of teaching and research, which make Aix-Marseille Universit an institution of higher education and research excellence .


In the field of engineering schools:
The merger of the ESIL (Luminy Engineering College) and Polytech'Marseille, is one of the most important schools in the Polytech network. The new Polytech'Marseille school is strengthening its int ro paratory cycle and offers comprehensive engineering courses in five years. Eight lines are proposed. The first joint return will be in September 2012.
