The M45H engine

Back to 1970 with the M45H engine developed by Snecma (now Safran Aircraft Engines) and Rolls Royce and produced specifically for the twin-engined VFW-Fokker 614 aircraft. Both engine makers had previously been working together on the Olympus 593 turbojet, the only afterburning turbojet powering a commercial aircraft, the Concorde.
