Space Station Astronaut Talks from Space with German Media

Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 40 Flight Engineer Alexander Gerst of the European Space Agency shared his thoughts on the early days of his 5 ½ month mission on the complex with members of the German media during an in-flight event June 5. Gerst was launched to the station on May 29 with Soyuz Commander Max Suraev of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) and NASA Flight Engineer Reid Wiseman.
