70 Years of Service

Retired Col. Steve dePyssler enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps in the 1940 draft. After four wars and 38 years of active duty service to his country, he retired in 1979. Today, Colonel dePyssler is still dedicated to the Air Force and his fellow Airmen, serving as the Director of Retired Activities at Barksdale AFB, La.
