International Space Station Inflight Discussion with ESA Astronaut Alexander Gerst and German Media

Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 40 Flight Engineer Alexander Gerst of Germany discussed life and research on the orbital outpost during a series of in-flight interviews July 29 with members of the German media. Gerst, who represents the European Space Agency, arrived on the station in late May and will remain in orbit until November when he returns to Earth in a Russian Soyuz spacecraft.
