European Cargo Craft Makes Final visit to the ISS

The European Space Agencys (ESA) Georges Lemaitre Automated Transfer Vehicle cargo ship completed a two-week journey to the International Space Station Aug. 12, automatically docking to the aft port of the Zvezda Service Module. The ATV is packed with some 7 tons of food, fuel and supplies for the Expedition 40 crew aboard the orbital laboratory. This fifth and final ATV produced by ESA will remain at the ISS until January 2015.
