Aer Lingus Customer First Awards 2013

Customer First is an internal idea-sourcing initiative, open to all staff, which is designed to explore new ways to enhance our customers' experience.

Following over 360 submitted ideas from our staff since launching in April 2012, we've been busy implementing a whole series of initiatives to make travelling with Aer Lingus even more enjoyable!

To recognise the staff behind these great ideas, we held an awards day to celebrate some of the best ideas we brought over the finish line -- some big, some small... they all centre around building on our Great Care promise!
