Founded in 2005 by two Royal Air Force pilots, Andy Offer and Chris Norton, 2Excel is an innovation company delivering aviation solutions.

2Excel Aviation Ltd delivers bespoke, innovative solutions to difficult problems in the aviation sector by leveraging the skills of its hundred-strong, exceptionally experienced workforce. It operates across diverse sectors including: defence, security, survey, engineering, agriculture, events, travel, and disaster response for the oil and gas industry. Customers include: Government Departments (including the MoD and the Home Office), the major oil companies, the Defence Industrial Base, airlines and blue chip corporations.

2Excel's work includes: conceiving solutions to challenging aviation problems; research and development; aerospace design, production and certification; flight test and trials; training; airliner maintenance, repair, modification and overhaul; and delivering commercial air transport and public transport aviation services for fare-paying passengers and cargo.

From a team of 5 people and 4 aircraft, 2Excel has grown significantly in size and is managing a fleet of 24 aircraft, 30 longterm contractors and currently 161 staff across 8 sites. 2Excel continues to grow on a daily basis.

2Excel is a matrix organisation cross fertilising its vertical lines of business to produce agility and efficiencies across its people and assets. Having minimised third party risk by either procuring or developing supporting lines of business, 2Excel is able to control its costs and time and therefore over deliver to its customer base.
