Embraers Engineering Specialization Program (PEE - Programa de Especialização em Engenharia) unites a Professional Masters degree by the Aeronautics Technology Institute (ITA - Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica) to an engineer preparation course to work in multidisciplinary teams at Embraer. Since 2001, is considered one of the most long-lived corporate models of intellectual and technological development in Brazil and it is open to recently graduated engineers from all over Brazil, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or social condition.
