PaletAI: an example of a concrete application at the service of operational performance

In reception activities, all pallets are deposited in a buffer zone just before being placed in storage. There are difficulties in knowing the level of urgency of each in order to respect the SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Thanks to a solution from the company Pryntec - consisting of a computer vision system based on artificial intelligence technologies - capable of detecting each pallet and triggering a stopwatch, the information on the prioritization of the pallets is displayed on a screen close to operational teams.

The Palet'AI project required specific development based on a computer vision expert. This experience allowed the construction of a new product, which Pryntec can now market.
