Ariane 6 at Europe's Spaceport

At Europes Spaceport in French Guiana, Ariane 6 facilities are becoming a reality featuring a new launch pad, assembly building and mobile gantry. Inside the assembly building, the core and upper stages of Ariane 6 are integrated horizontally resulting in a faster and more simplified assembly process. In the mobile gantry, the launcher is erected and the side boosters are added. Finally, the fairing with the payload is placed at the top of the launcher.

Ariane 6 will soon launch for the first time, marking a new chapter for European space.
