Liebherr - Wind power project in Ulyanovsk region

This is the first Vestas project in Russia. Wind power plant with capacity of 1,8 GW in Ulyanovsk region would be the beginning of changes at Russian market. There would be a lot of work for Liebherr cranes in the next five years.
