SKF Global Graduate

Our Global Graduate Programme has been running for 3 years, and more than 36 talented professionals have graduated and become part of our workforce. During the intensive 18-month programme, the graduates have completed rotations in three different business areas and countries diving straight into real-world problems and collaborating with industry experts worldwide.

Our Global Graduate Programme is paused. As global mobility is heavily impacted at the moment, we are currently unable to offer Graduates the opportunity to grow and learn with us, in a truly global setting.

Work that matters
At SKF, they have been sure to do work they're proud of creating solutions where the benefits stretch far into the future.

At the digital forefront
The future is digital. Today, we have one million bearings connected to the Cloud, monitoring devices remotely in industries worldwide. And we continue investing heavily in this area. Our graduates are part of growing this digital ecosystem even further.

Differences shouldnt separate, they should inspire, and we believe in a culture of diversity and inclusion. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop and excel at their work. Because a multiplicity of ideas foster innovation on a scale beyond what we can accomplish alone.

Thats one of many reasons we hope to be able to offer the Global Graduate Programme at some point in the future again.
