American Airlines Receives GBAC STAR Accreditation from theGlobal Biorisk Advisory Council

American Airlines is the first airline to achieve STAR Accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) for its entire fleet of aircraft and customer lounges. GBAC STAR Accreditation demonstrates that American uses proper and effective cleaning and disinfection work practices, procedures and systems are in place to prepare for, respond to and recover from pandemics.
