EUROCONTROL Stakeholder Forum on on aviations impact on non-CO emissions

This edition of the EUROCONTROL Stakeholder Forum explores the non-CO climate impact of flying, focusing primarily on what can be done to reduce the formation of contrails and cirrus cloud, as well as the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOX).

Recent studies have shown that these non-CO effects could be reduced substantially if the air traffic management community takes coordinated actions.

For this discussion, we have lined up three experts with wide-ranging operational and scientific expertise who will share their insights on this complex matter, and help us understand what aviation is already doing to mitigate non-CO climate impacts and what more can be done.
