The African Heritage Employee Resource Group (ERG) was formed to strengthen employees of African Heritage at TE through professional development, career management, and mentoring across all job functions, band levels and locations. TE strives to foster equity and representation for all employees by creating a safe space for employees and allies alike, where all ideas are respected, valued and appreciated throughout the organization.
